Property Development

Bob Pistilli is currently developing an all-brick, premier condominium development called The Grand Terrace Condominiums which will feature fifteen, two-bedroom units with two baths, and twenty-four, one-bedroom units.

Bob is a long-term member of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago and the National Association of Homebuilders , as well as being a current and active licensed member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

He has successfully completed many varied projects since the 1970's, involving condominiums, apartment buildings, retail space and single family homes in the Chicago-land area.

At Carana Properties we are well aware that finding available quality apartments or homes for rent can be a taxing and time-consuming affair.
