Bob Pistilli became active in the real estate business in 1970,
when he undertook his first "rehab" project. Since then he has
developed several classic and beautiful properties in the
near-west and near-north sides of Chicago, and was associated
with New West Associates and with Baird and Warner before
opening his own brokerage.
The name CARANA
PROPERTIES has special meaning to Bob: The word "CARANA" was
created by bringing together both first names of his daughters
Carla and Ana. And in a very real sense this is symbolic of the
way Bob conducts his business and treats his clients and
associates -- taking pride in both his family at home and in
the family of people associated and doing business with Carana Properties.
Having earned a
Masters of Science degree from Lewis University, Bob has also
derived a unique and complete knowledge of the City of Chicago
from his twenty-six years as a former member of the Chicago
Police Department, first as a police officer and then as a
detective and sergeant.
Bob
knows the city and its real estate trends exceptionally well. Whether a client wishes to sell or to buy, he is a pro who can
perform. Carana Properties is a small business who can offer a
client outstanding personal service. He knows how the large
companies do business, and realizes that service, experience,
reliability and trust are the keystones to success.
Bob understanding how the latest technologies
impact the business of real estate, and this is of great service
in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
